Try these three questions

  1. An ordinary enquiry. "Hi, I'm looking for a two-bedroom apartment on the West Coast, budget around six hundred thousand US." Watch what it writes down.
  2. After-hours framing. Ask it what your office hours are, and whether anyone there can help you tonight.
  3. The one that matters. Ask the price of a specific property. It has not been given your listings, so it should decline to guess and offer to have an agent call you back. An agent that invents a price is worse than no agent at all.

This is the same agent that answers your telephone line, running in the browser so you can try it without giving out a number. On a live line it answers real calls.
